The third annual format in a row, proclaimed at Ukrinform together with partners; after it the Caravan could support eco-cultural initiatives at the international level.
To get past what can be done from inside one country, the Caravan widened the circle into an alliance: the United Nations Association of Ukraine, People to People International and the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. The logic was the one the founder stated as a rule: if a question will not be solved at the national level, take it up to the international one.
