12th international song festival “Velura Sezono”

Among the participants was Jean-Marc Leclercq, a singer listed in the Guinness Book of Records; at the 2004 festival he surprised the hall by speaking Ukrainian, which he had spent a year learning beforehand. This time he brought a presentation of his book “Ukraine” in Gascon. Volodymyr Soroka performed as well.

The organiser was the Tero Esperanto interclub of Yalta, a branch of the Ukrainian Esperanto Association; the Caravan’s Information Agency covered the festival.
